Dr. Joelle Tavitian, our Orange County endodontist is a personable, highly enthusiastic endodontist, with state-of-the-art training in modern endodontic dentistry.
Dr. Joelle Tavitian received her dental degree in 1999 from the University of Southern California. She then pursued two additional years of education after receiving her dental degree. She completed her endodontic specialty training in 2001 from the University of Southern California, with knowledge and experience in all aspects of morphology, physiology, and pathology of the human dental pulp and periradicular tissues.
Dr. Tavitian understands that dentistry has many built-in anxieties, and she is committed to providing excellence in Endodontic services in a professional, caring, and comfortable atmosphere, with exceptional and unmatched customer service.
When not in the office, Dr. Tavitian enjoys traveling, live concerts, and theater with family and friends. She sometimes mixes her passion for travel with volunteer work abroad by providing free dental care for orphaned children and less privileged communities in Armenia.
Michael K. Clark, D.D.S., is a graduate of the University Of Southern California School Of Dentistry, finishing in the top of his class. He received his Oral and Maxillofacial surgery certificate at Los Angeles County/ U.S.C. Medical Center. Dr. Clark’s experience at this nationally recognized training facility is unsurpassed. He was extensively exposed to, and allowed to mature in, all facets of oral surgery. His particular emphasis was on the surgical phases of dental implants and re-constructive maxillofacial surgery. As a patient of Dr. Clark, you can have the confidence of knowing that he was trained and approved by internationally recognized oral surgeons and implantologists.
Dr. Clark is a member in the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Orange County Dental Society. He is currently a general anesthesia examiner on the California State Dental Board. Dr. Clark has also served as an instructor and proctor of anesthesia at Los Angeles County/ U.S.C. Medical Center for the oral surgery residents in training. Dr. Clark and his staff attend continuing education seminars to keep up with the latest improvements in the delivery of safe and precise surgical and anesthetic care.
Dr. Elmasri was born and raised in Orange County, California. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. His love for the health profession attracted him to dentistry where he attended and graduated from Loma Linda University with honors in Implantology and Anesthesia.
It was during dental school that Dr. Elmasri realized his passion for anesthesia. As a result, he continued training at Loma Linda to completed a post-doctorate residency in Dental Anesthesia. During his residency, he received extensive training in cardiology, internal medicine, medical anesthesia, and dental anesthesia. His valuable training at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital, Riverside County Regional Medical Center, and Loma Linda Veteran Affairs Hospital provided him with experience and proficiency in treating a wide range of patients with various medical backgrounds. In addition, he trained at Loma Linda University’s Special Care Dentistry Center, which provided him with the valuable experience of dental anesthesia through treating patients as young as 12 months old and patients with a variety of special needs, including ADHD, Autism, Down Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, Developmental Delay, and more.
Dr. Elmasri is a member of the American Society of Dental Anesthesiologists, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, International Anesthesia Research Society, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
